Depuis novembre, la criminalisation et la r\u00e9pression des gilets jaunes, des lyc\u00e9enNEs, des habitantEs des quartiers populaires, des sans-papiers et r\u00e9fugi\u00e9Es, des \u00e9tudiantEs, des sans logis, des syndicalistes, des militantEs \u2026 et du mouvement social en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral s\u2019accentuent.<\/p>\n

De plus, le gouvernement annonce pour d\u00e9but f\u00e9vrier l\u2019adoption d\u2019une nouvelle loi liberticide\u00a0: cr\u00e9ation d’un fichier de manifestantEs, interdiction individualis\u00e9e de manifester et assignation \u00e0 r\u00e9sidence, fouilles et palpations \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e des manifestations,\u00a0 p\u00e9nalisation des personnes qui participent \u00e0 une manifestation non d\u00e9clar\u00e9e…)<\/p>\n

Pour exiger\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– le retrait du projet de loi \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9pression\u00a0\u00bb de Macron-Philippe-Retailleau contre le droit de manifester\u00a0;<\/p>\n

– l\u2019abandon des poursuites \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des victimes de la r\u00e9pression polici\u00e8re et leur indemnisation ;<\/p>\n

–\u00a0<\/strong>l\u2019interdiction des armes mutilantes dites \u00ab\u00a0interm\u00e9diaires\u00a0\u00bb (flash-balls, grenades de d\u00e9sencerclement…) ;<\/p>\n

– l’arr\u00eat et la fin de l’impunit\u00e9 des violences polici\u00e8res<\/p>\n
