Les ann\u00e9es 2000 se traduisent&nbsp;par la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un r\u00e9gime hybride :&nbsp;d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 un r\u00e9gime qui cherche \u00e0 se rapprocher du mod\u00e8le d\u2019immigration s\u00e9lective \u00e0 des&nbsp;fins d\u2019emploi (la liste des m\u00e9tiers), de l\u2019autre&nbsp;un rapprochement du r\u00e9gime sud-europ\u00e9en&nbsp;d\u2019immigration d\u2019ouverture ou de fermeture&nbsp;en fonction des rythmes de croissance \u00e9conomique. Mais il ne s\u2019agit pas de confier \u00e0 la&nbsp;politique d\u2019immigration le r\u00f4le de g\u00e9rer \u00e0 long&nbsp;terme les probl\u00e8mes structurels du march\u00e9 du&nbsp;travail\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Les intervenants et le public \u00e9changeront sur&nbsp;l\u2019avenir de l\u2019immigration en France :&nbsp;Immigration choisie, impact de l\u2019immigration&nbsp;sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie fran\u00e7aise, politique nord\/sud\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>19h30-00h : Soir\u00e9e\/concert<\/strong><br \/>\n&gt; Salle des f\u00eates de Vandoeuvre \u2013 Vand\u0153uvre-l\u00e8s-Nancy<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>19h30-22h00<\/strong> : Les Gnawa&nbsp;sont des musiciens gu\u00e9risseurs organis\u00e9s en confr\u00e9ries autour d\u2019un ma\u00eetre&nbsp;(Ma\u00e2lem). Ils seraient les&nbsp;descendants d\u2019esclaves d\u2019origine ghan\u00e9enne&nbsp;arriv\u00e9s au Maroc au XII -\u00e8me si\u00e8cle.<br \/>\nBlack Koyo est une troupe de Gnawa install\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00e0 Bruxelles. Le ma\u00eetre du groupe est Hicham&nbsp;Bilali, n\u00e9 \u00e0 F\u00e8s de m\u00e8re Marocaine et de p\u00e8re&nbsp;s\u00e9n\u00e9galais, il a baign\u00e9 depuis tout petit dans&nbsp;la musique gnawa. Il fait ses d\u00e9buts \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de&nbsp;18 ans aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du grand ma\u00eetre Hamid Dkaki&nbsp;avec lequel il a grandi, qui lui a transmis le savoir ancestral de la culture gnawa.
